How the Referral Desk works

• Post what you can offerIf your team is hiring, post the roles with the job link, or write a short job description if you don't have a job page. If you can refer people, say which roles. People apply from here, and you see who did.
• Every post is checkedNew posts are reviewed before they show, and stay up for 30 days. The author can close a post once it's filled, or renew it.
• Apply with your profileApply or ask for a referral with one of your saved profiles: your name, email, LinkedIn and resume, each of which you can change first. Only the poster sees it.
• Report anything offA referral or a job never costs money. Report a post that asks for a fee or looks fake; reported posts come down until they're checked.
