If Cold Email Desk showed you as a contact at a company (with your name, job title or work email) and you'd rather it didn't, we'll remove you and make sure you aren't shown again. Companies can ask the same for everyone at their domain.
How to ask
- Write to hello@ouratlas.co.in with the subject "Remove my details".
- Include the work email you'd like removed. For a whole company, give its domain (for example, @company.com) and write from an address at it.
- If you can, write from the address itself, so we know the request is yours.
What happens next
- Within 2 working days, we remove your details from every list they appear in and add your address (or domain) to a do-not-show list, so lookups leave you out from then on.
- We write back to confirm it's done.
- Someone who already copied your details, or already emailed you, keeps their own copy. You can reply to ask them to stop; our terms require users to respect that.
