Where the data comes from

Cold Email Desk works from publicly available information and open-source resources: job listings that companies publish, hiring posts in public communities, and news about startups that have raised money. We also use open-source datasets and tools.

Every entry in your list says where it was found and links to the original, so you can read it there and apply on the company's own page.

What we use

  • Public job listings, from job boards and companies' own careers pages.
  • Public hiring posts and open-source company datasets.
  • Published news about startup funding.
  • Work contact details that are published on the web, checked before they're shown.
  • An AI model, which rates each listing for fit and writes the drafts.

How we use what we find

  • We keep only what's needed to show and rate an entry: the title, company, place, date, a short excerpt and the link.
  • Listings, posts and articles belong to the sites that published them. We link to the original on every entry.
  • Names and trademarks belong to their owners. Using public information doesn't mean its publisher endorses or works with Cold Email Desk.

For publishers
